On the morning of June 26, CETC held the spirit video conference of the whole system learning party's mass line education practice meeting. The meeting focused on learning and implementing the spirit of the Central Party's mass line educational practice leading group on conscientiously studying and implementing the speech of general secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the work conference of the party's mass line educational practice and the spirit of the June 19th central group learning party enlargement conference. The leaders attending the meeting in the main venue include: Fan Youshan, Secretary of the Party group of the group company, Mao Yuanjian, director of the discipline inspection group, Xu Jianfeng, deputy chief engineer, director of the development strategy research center, Gou Ping, director of the general office, Zou Zili, director of the human resources department, Nie Zhongbo, deputy director of the party and Mass Work Department, and members of the Party branch of the finance company and members of the party branches of the headquarters. Members of the leading group of each member unit, members of the Discipline Inspection Commission, heads of the party masses, personnel, discipline inspection, office and other departments, heads of the labor union and the Youth League Committee, and secretaries of the general branch (Branch) attended the meeting at the branch venue. The conference first conveyed the important speech of general secretary Xi Jinping at the work conference of the party's mass line educational practice. The director of the Ministry of human resources Zou Zili conveyed the spirit of Comrade Liu Yunshan's speech, and the deputy director of the party and group Department, Nie Zhong Bo, conveyed the spirit of Zhao Leji's speech.

Fan Youshan, Secretary of the Party group of the group, talked about his experience in this study after learning the important speech spirit of the three central leading comrades. He said that the video conference held today is not only a study publicity and implementation meeting that earnestly studies and implements the spirit of the party's mass line education practice meeting, but also a warm-up meeting before comprehensively carrying out activities. From the three leaders' strong and forceful speeches, we can see: first, the central government attaches great importance to this educational practice. This activity is a major plan for strengthening the party's construction and maintaining the party's advanced nature and purity. Second, the problems in the leader's speech are very clear, focusing on "formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism, extravagance" and using a large amount of space to point out specific problems, which can be seen to the point and enlighten the deaf. Third, the Central Committee has high and strict requirements for the party's mass line education practice. Therefore, we should carry out this activity in the spirit of rectification and take the spirit of rectification as the fundamental guarantee for doing this activity well.
