Tg5000 is a charge discharge aging tester with high automation, friendly Chinese interface and high test accuracy. It can accurately test the overcharge protection voltage, charging cut-off current, overcharge protection voltage, discharge capacity and other performance parameters of the battery pack. Customers can judge the charge and discharge performance of the battery according to the charge and discharge curve and test capacity.
1. Hardware architecture
Charge and discharge aging system mainly includes computer server, concentrator and aging instrument, the core of which is aging instrument. The 32-bit ARM chip selected in the main control chip of the aging instrument greatly improves the execution speed compared with the traditional single-chip microcomputer, and can accurately guarantee the strict functional requirements for execution time / sampling time

The user-friendly interface and the database management system based on Linux greatly facilitate the staff to query and export data online. The query mode is based on conditions (equipment number / time period / battery number). The export format is excel. Check the aging curve of charge and discharge
